Thank you all for your support in making the 2012 Summit a great one. Whether signing a ribbon, volunteering, sponsoring a delegate, hosting a home dinner or simply liking our Facebook page, you have helped to make our Pittsburgh welcome one that will be "hard to surpass" (according to One Young World co-founders David Jones and Kate Robertson).

As 1,300 young leaders from 182 countries attended the One Young World 2012 Summit, held Oct. 18-22, inspiring dialogue about critical global issues - and a much-repeated call to action for tomorrow's leaders to "create the future" - resounded throughout the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and the city.

A list of Summit highlights can be found on the 2012 Summit page. The 2013 Summit will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Please continue to share your photos or videos of the Summit. Send them our way at or, post them to our Facebook page (One Young World Pittsburgh Partnership). We also encourage you to follow the more than 360 individual projects that One Young World has inspired across the globe. See how the delegates who came to Pittsburgh are initiating change in areas they are passionate about.
